ComLynx? Planed 6
Overview:
From the far reaches of space an evil entity has invaded Earth...
Sal's last message came through loud and clear over an hour ago from the advanced recon scout position a few miles ahead. Suddenly though the communications cut out... The sweltering jungle heat makes you feel like rusting, your combat troop should be in between two units, but you feel as though you are the only units out there now. Comms from unit 5 are out, and Sal's unit has either intiated radio silence, or is dead.
Its time to advance, across the feild, and back into the bushes. You bring up the rear as the first troop enters the feild, a death chopper mows him and the rest of the troopm down, it fires maddly into the forest one of the last units in your troop runs toward you, but falls short at your heels hes dead, there all dead...
Time to get some retrobution...
Gamplay:
Take Doom, put it on sideview, and then take Doom Troopers (Snes) and shrink it. There u have it Final Strike will be a gory shooter. There will be a death match mode were 6 players can duke it out. There will be death match levels, and players can DM on the regular mission levels ala warp. The regular game( progressing through all of the Missions) is at max 2 player though. Final Strike will have some special effects, like Grenades and rockets, a Quake-ish ( hell this is 2D ) gibbing of weak enemies will occur once they are hit dead on with a grenade or a rocket.

Z-t:
Final Strike will have likley the fastest completeion rate of any of the games, the game will have additional side arms, a grenade launcher, and rocket launcher and will(as mentioned) have gibb effects. The death match modes of play( with monsters and with out ) should add considerability to the multiplayer replayability of this game. Z-t, made up of one Lynx artist, has thus far 7 games *in the works* of course, after the graphics go, then I'm stuck, so the games tend to stay *in the works*.
