The Junos Empire, vanquished from the planet Moralos has once again risen to power. The Junos have decided to reclaim the planet Moralos, and then spread themsleves throughout the entire solar system, killing any thing that gets in their way. The major planets have all been attacked by Junos fighters and gunboats. The special emergency attack squadron "Raider Y" has been despatched to erradicate the Junos fighters and suppors ships. First on Moralos, then to sweep a path to the other side of the astroid belt and strike the Junos on their planet of exile, Corbota, a now heavily mechanized and forboding mega fortress. The Raider Y squadron must ultimatley penetrate this hulking battlement and conqure the Junos once and for all...
Gameplay:
Raider Y will hopfully play similar to the popular graduis series for the Nintendos, the game will use some of the Lynx's advanced functions intermixed with colorful "Japanimation" styled ships. The game is currently composed of 6 stages(picked randomly by the playervia planetary map) and no hidden stages. Plans for the future include a 7th stage, and 2 hidden stages, as well as cheats for unlimited sheilds, full weapons after you do die, and ofcourse multiplayer.
Raider Y will play on 2 vertical Lynx screens(like Gates of Zendocon) the game will total your kills, making a perfect nearly impossible. The 4 player modes will add to the fun as players will be going after eachother's kills to enhance their scores, as well as clearing out the level.
Different from most sidview scrolling shooters is that players will be able to control their scrollrate with a thruster.

Z-t:
Raider Y is Z-t's first space combat/arcade game. This game hopfully along with 6 other Lynx games will come to light soon. Z-t, made up of one Lynx artist, has thus far 7 games *in the works* of course, after the graphics go, then I'm stuck, so the games tend to stay *in the works*.
