I often find when drawing that I have a short attention span. I will start a certain picture and be very excited about it, and then take a short break and when I get back I've lost almost all interest in it. This is not a big problem, and I can usually get the excitement back if I try hard enough. It just means that I take a while to finish things -- or more often: I don't get around to finishing them. When I sensed that I was getting bored with this ninja, I picked up the pace a lot. The quality of the art may be low, but at least it is finished (more or less).
