2002.9.14 On her birthday, Michiru MOCHIZUKI was taken by her friend Chiya TAKEKAWA to the coffee shop called FunFun Factory. On the way home, she begins to sing the strange song that the owner of the coffee shop had been singing and suddenly cakes start to fall from the sky. It just happens that day the owner decided to try out some magical curse recipes. Now, she's cursed from eating the witch berry and has to find ten males who ate the star grapes and gained a special ability. Another cute one. Don't know what to say about the story. It's an interesting idea and the abilities are strange to say the least. I have no idea what abilities will be used for, especially since I've only read volume 1 and random later parts. I guess since I want to know the reason for the curse, besides the owner just wanting to try it out. The characters are interesting too. I like the brothers, serious Ukyou and playful Sakyou. They're cute together. ^.^ Then there's Sin, the vocalist from the band Parrakeet, who sees just about everyone as pumpkins except for the 'cursed' people who seem normally plus cute cat ears. |
