Usagi sighed as she sat on her bed. She was thinking about
everything that had happened since she came back to Tokyo.
She had made up with Mamo-chan, sort of, and she was getting
along great with the senshi. Her family was being very
supportive of everything and she had recovered completely.
Now she needed to think about what she was going to do next.

First of all, her career as a ballerina. She was good, and
Rachel was trying to convince her to stick with it. Usagi wasn't
sure though. Now that she was back, youma had started to show
up. Usagi had a hard enough time with school and youma
before she left. Throwing ballet in there too, and she would
die of exhaustion.

Secondly, there was rebuilding her relationship with Mamoru.
Even when they spent time together now, it was awkward. It had
never been awkward between them before, and suddenly there was
all this tension and uncertainty.

Usagi lay back on her bed and stared at her ceiling. Suddenly,
there was a figure in her window. Usagi gasped and sat up.

"Mamo-chan!" She exclaimed.

"Actually, I'm Tuxedo Kamen!" the figure stated before stepping
into Usagi's room and scooping her up.

"What are you doing?" Usagi asked.

"Hush." He whispered in her ear before jumping out of her window.
Tuxedo Kamen swirled his cape around Usagi and she buried her
face in his chest. A few minutes later, Tuxedo Kamen gently set
Usagi on her feet. She looked around and found herself on Mamoru's
balcony.

"Wha..?" She asked as her eyes fell on a small table with two candles and
a single rose in a crystal vase.

"Usako... I made you dinner." Mamoru said simply. He had detransformed
into his normal self, but was still wearing a tuxedo.

"I.. I'm at a loss for words..." Usagi whispered.

"Have a seat." Mamoru said, pulling a chair out for Usagi. She
gracefully sat down and smiled up at him.

"I'll be right back." He told her and went inside. He came back with
a tray and a silver cover. He lifted the cover off and revealed two
plates. He set one down in front of Usagi, and the other across from
her. Setting to tray down, Mamoru sat across from Usagi. He poured
him some sparkling grape juice, and then some for himself.

"This is so sweet, Mamo-chan." Usagi told him, smiling. Mamoru just
smiled back at her.

They ate the meal that had taken Mamoru most of the day to prepare in
a comfortable silence. As Usagi folded her napkin and set it on her plate,
Mamoru stood up and took the plate.

"I'll bring you your dessert." Mamoru told her softly. A few minutes later
he came back with two chocolate sundaes. Usagi giggled. They were eating
their ice cream when Mamoru burst out laughing.

"What?" Usagi asked, puzzled.

"You have a bit of ice-cream right on your nose..." Mamoru said, leaning
over to wipe it off. Usagi leaned forward a bit and their lips touched.

"Mamo-chan..." Usagi breathed.

"Usako... I love you so much..." Mamoru told her. "Don't go back to the
US. Stay here. If you want to continue ballet, fine, but do it here.
Please..."

Usagi stood up from the table and moved to the edge of the balcony. Mamoru
got up as well and stood behind her.

"Usako? What's wrong?" Mamoru asked her, wrapping his arms around her.

"I don't want to leave you! I never want to leave you again!" Usagi whirled
around in his arms and hugged him tightly.

"Then don't, Usako. Don't ever leave." Mamoru told her, before kissing her
passionately.

The next day, Usagi decided she had to call Madame Duvo and tell her
her final decision regarding her career as a ballerina.

"Yes?"

"Madame? It's Usagi..."

"Hello! How are you? I heard that you were in the hospital."

"Yes, I got hurt a bit, but I'm fine now. I'm calling about... Well,
I can't stay with your company. I'm quitting ballet." Usagi rushed out
all at once.

"Dear! Slow down! Now, I understand your leaving my company, but why
quit ballet all together? You are so good at it!" Madame Duvo exclaimed.

"I don't think I can handle it with everything that is going on here."
Usagi explained.

"Oh.. That's too bad..."

"I'm terribly sorry."

"Don't worry about it. Just keep practicing on your own, in case
you decide you want to go back into it some day, okay? Promise me
that."

"I promise."

"Good luck, Usagi-chan, in all you do." Madame Duvo hung up the
phone, so Usagi wouldn't know what she was crying.

Usagi turned around and looked at Rachel.

"Well, you really did it." Rachel sighed. "Dance will never be the
same without you."

"I know Rachel. I'll miss you so much!" Usagi sniffed, before throwing her
arms around Rachel.

"Well, I'm hanging around for another few days, Usagi-chan." Rachel laughed
at her friends exuberance.

"I know, but after that! Will I ever see you again?" Usagi asked.

"Of course you will! And I'll write to you!" Rachel promised. "Now,
you have to get ready for your date with Mamoru-san."

Usagi giggled and the two raced up to her room to prepare for her date.
