THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS AWARD ARE:
*You must have a site or shrine dedicated to the Sailor Moon series
*Your site must have no more than 1 broken links on it.  (Since EVERY site is going to have a broken link every now and then I will warn you about any broken links, if you have any, before I make my final judgment)
*Your site must have at least 6 things for visitors to do.

*Your site must not have any more than 3 broken links.  (I will be very hard on the links rule on JUST THIS ONE AWARD, because I know how annoying it is to find a GREAT multimedia clip file and then it ending up being a dead link.  But I will STILL give you a fair warning before I make my final judgment.
