Showings


We have been given permission to show Anime at the Ohio University - Zanesville campus. We are working with the Electronic Media Club in order to bring anime to the community. Meetings will begin Friday 3/30/01 at 7pm and will be held in Elson Hall's Lecture room. This will be the meeting spot for the next several weeks and any changes will be posted here and announced at the meetings.

We will attempt to keep this page updated with what will be shown at the bi-weekly meetings. If you have any suggestions please e-mail us or let us know at the meetings. Most anime will be on DVD format and we will have the option to watch Sub titled or Dubbed versions. At the begining of the meeting there will be a vote by the club to see which version will be watched. However some items are on VHS only and they of course will be watched in the version that they are.

This showing date we have revisited how we are going to show things and have come up with something new. Instead of showing two episodes from two series we will be showing one episode from four different ones. We will keep the feature length movie . We are hoping that in this way we will be able to bring you more of a selection instead of waiting several weeks to change series you may not like. Our showings for this date will include:

Due to lack of attendance at the March 30th meeting and the holiday weekend there will not be a showing this week. However we will be meeting on April 27th at the Ohio University - Zanesville Elson Hall Lecture Room. This will give us time to rework the advertisments and have a better showing selection.
