Jo's Playground-Really nice stuff here.  Her paintings are especially impressive but it's all good. just devestatingly good.

When Boys Be...(Eisuverse)-It's good, no matter what he thinks.  Eisu's been around for a while now under a few different names but the quality remains consistantly high.

Great stuff here, once again. Some really nice fan art too. Definitely worth checking out. nice stylish look. check out the sketches, they're hilarious

probably my favorite webcomic around at present. reliably hilarious and quite well drawn.

Sinfest-An amusing web comic. One of the few sites I check on a daily basis. check out the old ones first. some of them are just genius

A very large resource for japanese art sites, most of which have fan art. You can find some really great stuff if you don't mind wading through all the crap (japanese)

The anime web Turnpike. lots of links to all sorts of sights. it's well organized and all that good stuff. If you're looking for something anime related, odds are they've got it. don't know if it's still being updated

customize.org - a big site for up and coming artists in the field of 3d walls, and the like. I don't really know what I'm talking about when it comes to this stuff, but I can still enjoy it. check out "Sirwonkus." I know that guy.

Ultimate Vyratta-Cloud Medau's  art site (just in case he's still checking the site). He's got an interesting style and the character design is especially notable. have a look-see.
