Because our textured chickens and roosters are made individually by hand, please allow up to 10 business days before shipping. Please allow 5 to 7 business days before shipping our unfinished wood cuts.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item(s) for a prompt refund or exchange within 10 days of receipt. We will refund the shipping charges associated with your order if the return was received damaged or caused by a mistake on our part (for example, wrong item sent).
