The scout ship was featured in "Star Trek: Insurrection", piloted by Lieutenant Commander Data. in the above depiction from Star Trek: The Magazine it seems as if the ship has no name.
The scout ship is call "Venture-class" in the popular games Star Trek Armada and Star Trek Armada II by Activision, but like with all games and novels, it is merely licensed by Paramount which doesn't imply that it is canon too.
