| Colin used to cook at the Shanahan bar in Queenstown in 1994. I remember him as a nice bloke who was mad about motorbikes. He made superb fried pototo skins! I'm not sure where he came from exactly. If Colin or anyone else who worked at or frequented the pub at this time sees this, please let me know.
