| This picture is taken on a square in Amsterdam. To the left of me, the hippy third from the right is John. I met him in Utrecht on Christmas Eve, 1989, both of us trying to avoid Christmas. We ended up having a Christmas Party at the Youth Hostel in Amsterdam with loads of Argentinians and Americans. John fell in love with Mariana from Argentina, sitting on his left in this picture.
