RECEPTION AND INTEGRATION

• Identifies and helps fix any problems or concerns that the soldier has resulting from the new duty assignment

• Lets the soldier know unit standards and how he or she fits into the team

• Clarifies job title and sends the message that the chain of command cares about the soldier and his family members
