NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PROMOTION

• Counseling will:

(1) take place initially when the soldier attains eligibility

(2) periodically (monthly)

(3) include information as to why the soldier was not recommended and what can be done to correct deficiencies or qualities which lack promotion potential.
