Currently, I am serving on active duty in the United States Army as a Battalion Command Sergeant Major. I will retire from active duty  July 1, 2001. I am seeking employment as a Human Resources Representative/Training Developer.

Please consider the following highlights of my background: I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration at Saint Leo University while on active duty. I have served in the United States Army for over 25 years and achieved the rank of Command Sergeant Major. I have successfully completed tours of duty in the Republic of Korea, Egypt, and in the United States. I possess very strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Additionally I hold a secret clearance.

My advancement to the top of the enlisted ranks provides solid evidence that I have been a strong performer throughout my professional army career. Over the years, those to whom I have reported to, have continuously categorized me as a true professional totally committed to the training, morale, welfare and equitable treatment of subordinates. A performance orientated leader who constantly focused on improving individual achievement and organizational goals.
