ACS KNIGHTSBRIDGE REUNION 2003-A ROUSING SUCCESS The ACS School Reunion 2003 was amazing! Held the weekend of July 18-20 in the beautiful city of San Antonio, Texas, close to 125 ACS alumni came from all over the United States, Canada and Europe to attend. The weekend kicked off with Happy Hour at the Homewood Suites Hotel right on the Riverwalk so everyone could get their name tags and get reacquainted. Dinner that evening was at La Margarita right in the center of the famous Mercado (Market). Much laughter and "do you remember whens" went on all evening long. Many gathered after dinner in various rooms at the hotel to continue reliving memories until the wee hours of the morning. Saturday was spent by some playing golf which was set up by Derwin Perkins for those interested, sightseeing, sitting by the pool or just having a cold cerveza on the Riverwalk with friends.We all met up again Saturday evening at the Hard Rock Cafe for dinner, drinks and much more laughter! Class photos were taken by our "school photographer", Mark Shaheen along with many, many more candid shots taken throughout the evening. We received Hard Rock t-shirts with the ACS logo on the back commemorating the ACS School Reunion of 2003-San Antonio the graphics provided by Tom Sapp. The evening wound down at the Hard Rock at 2:00 AM but certainly was not over as folks again got together in various rooms for continued walks down memory lane. Sunday many of us met at the Mad Dog Pub for a final farewell meal together. We all left San Antonio with mixed emotions of having to say goodbye again, but with promises to keep in touch and many promising they would never miss another reunion. Many people contributed to the reunion, our thanks to ALL of you, but the most important people were the folks that travelled short and long distances to be able to spend the weekend with their friends and family from their days at ACS. For those who didn't attend, we missed you and certainly hope you can make the next one.
