Pros

• Helps you gear for your Certifications.
• Helps you find an Externship^*
• You graduate and get a Certificate.

Cons

• All Certifications are not paid for, nore provided by the school its self.
• Externships are usualy scarce with little to no chance for employment after the fact.
• You graduate and get a Certificate.
• Food arrangements are horrable, Also very unfit for people on a tight budget, so most likley you will go hungry, or eat cold sandwitches everyday. Food in class is also forbiden so when your actuly thristy or hungry you have to wait for a 10 min break, (usualy shorter than that), thats only a few times a day.
• Student councils are a waste of time. Your complaints/concerns are never heard.
• Be ready to have to obey "high school" like rules, like no shorts, no hats, no swearing, and stuff of that sort
• Lunch is 20 minutes, and if your taking the computer course your classrooms are 5 mins away. 20 Minnutes is not enough time for you to go eat at a fast food place, or even get take out. The vending machines are never stocked and the good sandwitches are usualy gone by the time you get there. and snapples from it are $1.60 most sandwitches range from $2.50 to $3.75. So like I said you can bring a cold sandwitch, no box foods because they take to long to cook, and the microwaves are usualy backed up by the time you get to the break room.
• No hats, no Shorts for reasons unbeknownst to me. If you have no choice and you only have clean shorts, just dont show up because you will be sent home and have the police called on you.
• If you have nothing to do, DO NOT play games, chat, or download, you will be harassed and sent home.

Extra Gripes

• I have Survived on 1 packet of poptarts and a soda every day for about a month and a half, nothing else, but the ocasional bag of cheetos. NOT because I choose to I may add, because im not rich, and cannot afford the vending machine foods, and im sick of eating cold sandwitches everyday.
• No doubt someone from the school will be reading this scrutinizing every little thing, spelling and such but in fact, I dont give a crap, and for all I care they can go plainly fuck themselves.
• I mostly dont have much to do, so insted of sitting there staring blankely at the computer monitor GOING INSANE I decide to play alittle game, but I get yelled at for tring to keep from falling asleep, I'd either be told to go home, in Which you have to make up the time later, or I'd get harassed about it. Enough to make me want to throw my computer through a window.

In conclusion the CONS outway the PROS, it would be more in your intrest to teach your self about computers through personal experience get your certs and apply to MIT.
