This picture ran
in the December '92 issue of the FBI Law Enforcement Bulletin. It was
taken on 9/21/89 during a memorial service for Police Officer Irma
Lozada. It was an honor to play Taps for a fallen officer.

This is a 1990 Chevy Caprice with
the new blue and white paint job and the old patch. It had a 350 IROC
Z engine. A really fast car. Blew the doors off of anything the NYPD
Highway Precincts had to offer. Chief Bill Bratton got them for the
department.

Joe Lo Piparo sent me this picture
of the old "Transit Trucks" from the 1980's. It was taken upstairs
from District 1. That is Joe standing tall. Thanks Joe!
