GPUNIn the mid–‘90’s I developed the proposal process for GPUN’s effort to market its technical and administrative capabilities to external clients. Working with engineering, nuclear licensing, and other departments, I developed specific language for proposals, as well as the process work flow, having been involved in writing proposals for previous employers.
The process I instituted allowed a company unfamiliar with the nature of competitive marketing to quickly and accurately respond to inquiries and for the first time, contract for providing services outside the organization.
ENERCON, HENDERSON
I have developed the commercial portion of numerous proposals in response to Dept. of Energy, Dept. of Defense, and commercial solicitations.
