My Evaluation
This article is as the Title suggests all about the French and the Germans pressing for a ban on Human Cloning. The reason they give for their argument is that the Germans tried to do it in when Hitler was in power and it caused a lot of discomfort for a lot of people. There is almost no Scientific Content is this article it just goes on about what this president said and what this Scientist said.
The language used in this piece consist of mainly easy to understand, self explanatory words although some of dialog in the piece is difficult to understand as but that is because it comes from a scientist who has studied this type of thing for years. As far as I know the content of this article is quite reliable, which you would expect as it is coming from scientists.
