It is five days now since our return from a nine day visit to Portugal and we are still basking in the wonderful memories of the six days of day trips out of Lisbon that we made with you as our driver, guide, friend and constant companion.

Your knowledge, resourcefulness, good humor and unfailing courtesy were almost "too good to be true"! We not only covered all the usual tourist sights but you such out of the way places such as the spectacular coastline at Baleal on the Peniche peninsula. A stop at the Palace Hotel of Buçaco and a lunch of roast suckling pig at Pedro dos Leitoes in Mealhada were also typical of the unexpected treats that we enjoyed with you. Our only regret is that we did not extend our trip by several days so that you could show us the beautiful northern part of your country.

Your assistance checking us in at the airport for the return flight to New York was also very much appreciated. But above all. throughout the six days that we spent together Pat and I felt that we were touring with an old family friend who happened to live just outside of Lisbon rather than with an impersonal driver/guide with whom we had a straightforward business arrangement.

You certainly made my whirlwind trip to Portugal both interesting and entertaining. Peter was such a good source of information and helpful in so many ways.

My 81-year-old mother and I enjoyed a very special week in Portugal with Mr. Peter Feijão as our guide and driver. He was not only deeply knowledgeable about his country's history, the best Fado/Folk dancing restaurants or the best shops for lace and tiles -- he was genuinely kind and caring, in making sure that my mother was comfortable in our travels. We covered a rather ambitious itinerary and he was always flexible in adjusting the days plans to our needs. He handled restaurant reservations, arranged a private viewing of some Lusitano horses I wanted to see, and in general a delightful variety of experiences in a week we will always treasure. As I look back on our mother-daughter vacation together, I realize that I simple would have not been able to give my mother such a culturally rich and delightful week, nor seen as much of 'the real Portugal', without Mr. Feijão's unflagging attention to details, and his thorough-going professional support.

I'd like to come back every year for at least a month. Your country just cannot be any nicer. I do believe it is the most beautiful place I've ever visited, and most of my impressions are due to the delightful insights you provided. What a great day it was.

I have used Limo tours and and been satisfied with the professional service received. Mr. Feijão has a vast knowledge of the country (both North and South) and its history. He was able to take us to many attractions in a day or two, and yet not make us feel like we were rushing by everything. He is very accommodating and personalizes each day to his client's wishes. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to any of my friends who may be visiting Portugal. In addition, I have recommended him to a fellow U. S. Government personnel who may have business with the U. S. Embassy in Lisbon.

Mary and I had some concerns about such an ambitious trip, with three small children and two grandparents, but it all turned out fabulously thanks in no small part to you. From your quick rescue of us from our marooned status at the airport, to Carmen keeping Rachel and Rebecca entertained on our last night, so the elders could go out - it was a complete pleasure. All agreed it was our best vacation yet.

My wife and I were in Lisbon for only a few days, arriving there from a cruise. Seeing Lisbon with Peter (Limo Tours) provided us with a appreciation, through Peter's knowledge of Lisbon, his grasp of several languages, and his love of his native Portugal, made our brief stay in this wonderful country a meaningful experience.

My husband and I have used the touring services of Carmen and Peter Feijão two times, in 1998 and 2000, for two weeks each time, and we were extremely happy with the excellent sightseeing and transportation provided by them. They are most competent and professional. Mr. Feijão is a most pleasant and interesting gentleman and took us took us wherever we asked him to go, including finding some very hard-to-find locations. Mrs. Feijão booked our September 2000 trip, working out the routing, and her planning was splendid. The Mercedes limo is kept in tip-top shape, absolutely beautiful and sparkling clean condition by Peter and he is an excellent driver. The car is extremely comfortable. The last detail that I wish to add is that both Carmen and Peter are fun to talk to and be with, and offer good companionship. They both speak perfect English as a result of their Canadian residence.
