As of June 13,2002 I have had my sugery .
My First sugery was March 21,2002 in Buffalo Ny .The sugery was about 4 hours long. The sugern started it there ,where he did a ultrasound on one of my blood vessels where the tumor was extending up to the heart he found that the tumor was still too close to the heart so he closed my back up there.
There i spent 2 days in icu unit. Then they decided to send me somewheres else because buffalo childrens hospital did have the cardioligst to mess around with my heart. Then they decided to send us to a good hospital .They sent us to Philidephia Childrens hospital.They flew us down there on March 23,2002. There is finished recovering from the first sugery.Then on April 9,2002 they decided it was time to go ahead again and try to take out the tumor.
They started sugery at 7:00 in the morning . They went ahead and did sugery they finished around 3 or 4 .It was a great sucess .After the sugery i spent 2 days in the icu unit and they moved my to a different floor where i was in bed for 2 days and then i was up and walking around and enjoying myself in the toyroom.I was discharged on April 15, 2002 But the doctors wouldnt let us go because they found through a ultrasound that i had a bloodclot so they wouldnt let us leave the hospital. My mother talked to the doctors and asked them to send us back to buffalo because i havent seen my sister for three weeks .There they decided to send us back to buffalo. So the flew us back close too home .There i spent 3 more days and they let us go home. So that bring us to the present time .It is warm weather outside and im enjoying every minute of it. I am on blood thinners i have to take a shot twice a day,and i have one more chemo treatment left which is june 20,2002. I go back for a checkup july 11,2002 and then i am finally finished .

tomorrow we have to go for a catscanThey have found out that i have 7 more tumors that grew back. The doctors are going to put me back on chemotherapy.For how long? We dont know yet we will find out tomorrow
