Mark has put together a rating list which he often shares and has graciously allowed me to give it a home in cyberspace. The list started with regencies, but now includes all romances and anthologies and a couple of mysteries. Stars on an author are maximum, but not directed at all books. This list started as a personal TBB (to be bought) guide and duplicate preventive, so a few authors don't have individual books rated.
