"THE PAST" The now very successful loveteam of Antoinette Taus and Dingdong Dantes started in TGIS 2nd Generation, when the show did some reformatting to pick up ratings. The paring of the mighty and proud Iñaki with the vain and snobbish Bianca gave a sudden twist to the show. Many fans were delighted because the teaming up of the two showed great chemistry on and off screen. They were adored and praised by many and this resulted to the high ratings for the show. However, Antoinette was evetually pulled out from TGIS leaving her on screen partner alone. A triangle was developed between Dingdong and another pair. Many fans didn’t like the idea so they started making protests and petition letters were sent to Viva office and lots of e-mails were sent to GMA 7. This only showed that the loveteam of Antoinette Taus and Dingdong Dantes was most loved and missed. Many supporters of Antoinette and Dingdong were really there to support the team-up of the duo, making them one of the hottest, if not the hottest, loveteam in showbiz.
