This elegant crystal divided bowl or relish server was made by Cambridge Glass between about 1938 and 1954.
Like other Cambridge line #3900 pattern pieces, when looking down one sees a six lobed floral pattern, and three of these lobes are the three small feet.
The line #3900 pattern is a good match to the Cambridge Chantilly and Rose Point patterns but without the etching, and similar to the Duncan Miller Canterbury pattern. It also complements others of that period such as "Candlewick," "Teardrop" and more.
The clear crystal glass rings nicely, indicating pre-war lead content, to improve clarity. The age is further confirmed by the soft yellow glow under short wave UV, and a strong yellow glow under long wave UV.
In mint condition, with no chips, cracks, scratches or repairs.
