Training

Training, with a hypertext document, can be made as easy, or as difficult, as the document writer decides.

With a number of links, a very short introduction to a subject can be expanded on, to what ever level is required. Enabling someone who is using the document, as a training tool, to gather as much, or as little, of each individual topic covered in the training.

An example of how this works, would be to take a site dedicated to caring for cats. An introduction could explain the need for feeding & supplying a litter tray for the cats use. This would give the casual surfer the basic information they require.

Now, by including links to other pages, we can further explain the regularity & quantity of feeding, thus enabling the, more interested, user to capture that little bit more information.

From these extended pages the links could then go as far as the writer likes, with the possibilities nearly unimaginable.
