Print out the template.  Color the pieces and cut them out.  Using a needle, poke a hole in each of the small shapes and on each section of the disk.  Using fishing line, hang the shapes from the disk.  Poke another hole in the center of the disk, and insert a piece of fishing line, looping it for easy hanging.  You can hang the 2 extra shapes from the enter of the disk.
