Accommodations:The Patriot Room: $85.00 per night This lovely room which brings you back to Colonial Times with its furniture and bedding has two twin beds, overlooks our garden and is fun for all ages. It shares our Victorian style bathroom with our Garden Room.   
The Garden Room: $105.00 per night Enjoy the cozy feeling you get from the warm inviting atmosphere of this room with its King Size bed and oversized pillows to add that extra touch of comfort. It shares a Victorian style bathroom with our Patriot Room.  
The Mahogany Room: $120.00 per night This beautiful bedroom invites you in to enjoy the elegant feeling you get from the rich looking Queen-sized Antique Mahogany bedroom set, satin bedding, down comforter and elegant bathroom to pamper yourself in.   
The Black & White Room: $130.00 per night This spacious master bedroom takes you back in time with its luxurious Antique Bedroom furniture featuring a Queen size bed, a lovely bathroom and two window seats, all to make you feel right at home.

All our rate are for double occupancy, $20.00 per night for an additional person. All our rates include our delicious breakfast. New York State and Warren County Bed Tax not included. Each room has cozy bathrobes for our guests to enjoy but not take home. Each bathroom is furnished with toiletries. If there is something you need and do not see, please ask. Hair dryers available upon request. - Check In Time: After 3:00pm.

Major Credit Cards will hold reservation. Check or Money Orders are accepted. Payment in full is required upon arrival. 48 Hour Cancellation notice is required. Minimum charge for late cancellation is one night stay providing room can be rebooked.
