"Oh, where could that man be?" asked a frustrated woman. Her baby daughter giggled happily.
"Mistress, Master Syaoran will be down here soon," answered one of the many servants. The woman soon sensed her husband walking down the stairs.
"It's about time, Syaoran!" she said. "We're going to be late!"
"Sorry, Meilin," he said. (author: Just joking!)
"Gomen ne, Sakura-koishii," he said to his beautiful wife. Then he turned his attention to his daughter. "And how is Momiji?"
"She's fine," said Sakura. "Now, we need to hurry or we'll be late getting to the airport. Tomoyo-Chan is expecting us to be in Japan in five hours!" [author: like I really know how long it takes to get from Hong Kong to Tomeoda(?)]
"Sakura-Chan! Li-kun! You made it!"
"Of course, Tomoyo-Chan! We wouldn't miss your Christmas party for the world!" pointed out Sakura. Tomoyo then caught sight of the baby in Syaoran's arms.
"Oh, and I see you brought Momiji!" At Sakura's nod, she sighed happily. "I remember when I flew to Hong Kong to tape her birth."
"Um, not to sound rude or anything, but it is a little chilly out here!" said Syaoran. Tomoyo gasped.
"Oh, how silly of me! Come in, come in! I'll have one of my servants take your bags up to your room."
"Momiji's the cutest baby in the world!" Syaoran nearly choked. It was bad enough to have to listen to Sakura doing it, but when Tomoyo joined in...
"So, when will Fujitaka and, er, Touya be here?" he asked. Before Tomoyo could reply, an angry Kero flew down the stairs to his mistress.
"SaKURa!" he whined. "How could you leave me in that dark, stuffy bag like that?"
"Oops, gomen Kero-Chan!" she apologized.
"Hey, what'd you to expect?" asked Syaoran. "You are, after all, a stuffed animal." Kero would have gladly attacked him had he not seen Momiji's adorable face that clearly said, 'hurt my Daddy and I'll try out my powers on you!'
"Baby, trust me," he said. "She's perfectly safe in Tomoyo's nursery."
"But she's always slept in the same room with us!" Sighing, he placed his wife's head against his chest.
"Which is exactly why this is such a good idea. You need to get used to her being in a different room than you!" Sakura snuggled deeper into her husband's embrace.
"You're right," she admitted.
"Who's the most beautiful little girl in the world?" he cooed. He was so caught up in his daughter (not to mention used to feeling Sakura's aura) that he didn't sense his wife right behind him.
"NOW who's talking baby talk?" she pointed out ever so nicely. Syaoran blushed a DEEP crimson red. Sakura just giggled and walked over to him. He smiled at his young wife and kissed her ever so gently.
Tomoyo happily recorded the young couple. Then, finishing the tape, she put it with all the others she had made over the past five years.
"I think I'll call it 'Sunsets and Sunrises'," she said. "Oh hohohoho!"
