How Do I Make a Character? |
Character design is rather simple in TOON, especially if you've played other RPGs before. There are standard rules, and what they call "Super Star Rules" in the books, but, as complex as that sounds, it's all pretty much the same thing. The first thing you need to do is come up with a good character design. This should be appropriate to the type of cartoon you will be playing (a detective crocodile for a Crawl of Catchooloo game, for example)... or it could be totally inappropriate as long as it's funny (a ninja badger in a Star Toon game). Whatever it is, this is where it all begins and you can begin filling out your character sheet. The character sheet is where you place all your character's information and details for easy recall. A TOON character sheet contains the following information (click on different parts of the character sheet for more information, please note that some links go back to my old sight so you may have to use your browser's BACK button to return here): Name: Species/Occupation: Beliefs & Goals: Description: Hit Points: The Attributes: The Skills: MUSCLE skills ZIP skills SMARTS skills CHUTZPAH skills list of SHTICKS: list of POSSESSIONS: |
