I'm an average kid who makes a fair share of mistakes
I try to live my life real and not as a fake
But there's peer pressure all around every day at my school
And there's a harsh price to pay just 'cuz I tried to be cool

There's a real cute girl I've had my eye on for some time
I've had my fingers crossed that soon she will be mine
But I wonder what she'll think of me if I can never go out
