I live in a small town in Florida where the scene is pretty dead
I spend a lot of my time writing and a lot of time in bed
It's been like this for a while and I'm getting pretty tired
When will come the day where I can say I can't believe I'm hired

I've got big dreams of taking on Hollywood and showing them something new
I vision a waiting line to work for me at least a mile long too
