"Summer Camp"
Lyrics Written By Christian Elias On March 15, 2003 At 1:46 A.M.
I want to get away this summer from my parents and the normal
A place where I can let loose and not worry about being formal
I want to make as if I am the King of the place and very well respected
After a long, long year at school I would say that's what's expected
Summer Camp is where it's all going on
Summer Camp is where all the kids bond
Summer Camp is a vacation to forget about school
Summer Camp is where we all know we are cool
I'm planning to go fishing, hiking, swimming, and more
I especially can't wait to get near the campfire to eat some smores
I want to hit the archery range, tennis courts, have good food and all
I'd be so honored to be served my favorite meal of spaghetti and meatballs
Summer Camp is where it's all going on
Summer Camp is where all the kids bond
Summer Camp is a vacation to forget about school
Summer Camp is where we all know we are cool
I'm excited when it's lights out time so we can all share
ghost stories
If there is one thing I fear most, I pray I don't run into Jason Voorhees
I love the Chapel, the great outdoors, and the irresistible sunshine
I'm even wondering if I could make a cute girl I've seen around mine
Summer Camp is where it's all going on
Summer Camp is where all the kids bond
Summer Camp is a vacation to forget about school
Summer Camp is where we all know we are cool
I've got two weeks to be successful here with all of my
goals
I still pray every day that I don't see my underwear up on the flagpole
Maybe I can go raid the girls' laundry line with some bug spray
Whenever I leave this place I will keep the best memories with me always
Summer Camp is where it's all going on
Summer Camp is where all the kids bond
Summer Camp is a vacation to forget about school
Summer Camp is where we all know we are cool
