Here are pictures of my vintage Skooter (Skipper's friend).  She's not perfect, has a couple of fade (green) spots and a couple of pin pricks around her ear lobes, but I'm just thrilled with her.  Her hair is very dry and fragile, so putting them up in her original pigtails is all I'm going to do right now.  I might, one day, give her a very gentle steam perm to see if they might curl back up.  She is wearing a 1990s Skipper outfit (from right before Skipper became "Teen Skipper").  The fit is PERFECT, including the shoes!
