topeoplewhoska zine started December of 2004. The main purpose of this zine is for us skaholics, to be familiar with our local ska bands, local ska scene from nothern to southern part of the country and for new comers who also want to be a part of our ska community to be updated with gig scheds and ofcourse promote our LOCAL SKA BANDS and their music
