| BH | This is temperament test needed before proceeding
with any of the serious training / breeding titles. The BH includes
both the temperament test and on & off lead obedience.

| FH | This is an advanced tracking degree
|
| AD | This is an endurance test need for a German
Shepherd breed survey to simulate the conditioning of a herding dog.
Consists of a 12-mile run followed by an obedience routine.

| SchH A | This is a obedience & protection test
same as SchH I without the tracking.
|
| SchH I | A breed requirement for the German Shepherd
Dog consisting of Obedience Tracking And Protection. Highly recommended
for all breeding stock.

| SchH II | Secondary Level- Similar to a SchH I.
|
| SchH III | Considered a finished/competition level dog.
|
| IPO I, II, III | Schutzhund done under International rules;
Similar to SchH I, II, III.
|
| OB-I, II, III | DVG/SchH I, II, III Obedience Routines
|
| TR-I, II, III | DVG/SchH I, II, III Tracking Routines |
| OB-1 | Basic on-lead obedience routine.
|
| BST | Breed Suitability Test
Obedience routine, Protection routine, Temperament test. Hip Certification required Weight, Height and other pertinent information recorded. |
| BST II | Achievement of the BST is a Pre-requisite. Advanced
protection routine.
|
| WST and WST II | Same as BST and BST II without hip certifications and
other breeding-relevant information recorded. A working title only,
not a breed suitability title.
|
| AD | Same as Schutzhund AD title. |
| Canine Good Citizen (CGC) | Very basic temperament and obedience
test.
|
| Companion Dog (CD) | More advanced obedience test.
|
| Tracking Dog | Tracking test. |
| TDI | This training is for people that want to do therapy work but do not have the time to train to pass the required test. |
