Gymnastics:
"My best events are floor and vault. It is an equal. I am stornger on floor though. My worst or toughest event for me is BARS. My strengths on floor and vault are m spped, quickness, and ability to twist quickly and find myslef in the air and land on my feet. One of my weaknesses on floor is Dance at times. I am not a very good dancer at tiems which does not show good lines at times. I have been working in this though. My strength on BArs is my ability to swing pwerfully, and hit handstands most of the time, also my hendorf, my weakness is my 1 1/2 pieroutte, and my dismount at times as well as my pak salto at times. Beam my strengths is my tumbling pass of a back handspring, layout, layout, piked back on beam. MY weakness is at times my gym acro series of a straddle jump to a full twist on beam."
Biography:
Shanon was born in Houston Tx On April 4, 1989. She lives in Houston with her mom, dad, and sister, Amanda, who is also a gymnast. She also has two dogs and five fish at home. She enjoys swimming, diving, going to the mall, and spending time with her friends and family during her down time.
