NIGHTS OUT AND OTHER FUN THINGS TO DO

Birthday Specials - We will surprise the lucky birthday boy or girl by sweeping him or her away in an exciting stretch limousine, decorated in high style & ready for a very special night.

Anniversary Specials- We will guarantee the romantic ambiance of your perfect anniversary celebration with a classic stretch limousine, mixers and complimentary champagne.

Bachelor/Bachelorette Specials - Shhhh, there is nothing like a night out before the big fall! We will make sure everyone has a ball and gets home safely, too.

Baby's First Ride - We will comfortably and safely escort the entire family home, and all of your children will be entitled to a 10% discount on every birthday limo from now on!

INCENTIVE PACKAGES

OFFICE LUNCH & A LIMO - We will pick you and your staff up at the office and escort you to any local venue for lunch. Along the way, we will provide complimentary refreshments and any special decorations you would care to include. We will be completely at your service for an hour and a half. This package is available weekdays from 10:00 am to 3:00pm (Except Holidays).

EMPLOYEE REWARDS PROGRAM - Reward the decision-maker or team-member who just made your day! We will provide a chauffeur-escorted dinner or entertainment night out, a fully appointed limousine complete with non-alcoholic beverages, ice, professionally attired chauffeur, and any supplies or special items you would like to provide. We can coordinate with restaurants or entertainment venues on your behalf and make sure the whole night is both enjoyable and memorable. What a way to build loyalty with those people most responsible for you future success!


 

WEDDINGS

Three to five hours of first class service in a white 8 or 10 passenger limousine with special wedding decorations, non-alcoholic beverages and champagne, "Just Married" signs, red carpet, formally dressed chauffeur, and a 10% discount good for your first anniversary celebration. Our experienced chauffeurs will help with all the details. Whether your wedding is traditional or unique, we help bring a level of service and elegance to your most important day.

PROM PACKAGES

Prom nights are among the most important of any young persons' life and deserve special attention to insure the memories last a lifetime. We will pick up and escort each passenger to the dinner and prom in a well-appointed limousine complete with non-alcoholic refreshments, ice, TV, VCR and high-quality CD/stereo system. Then, we will see all passengers safely home.

To make sure parents are comfortable with the safety of their loved ones, we strictly adhere to South Carolina's Prom Pledge Program and require both parents and passengers to abide by its tenets, including a prohibition on alcohol, drugs and intimate relations while in our limousines. All drivers cover this upon arrival.

Since demand is so great during prom time, with requests far exceeding supply in our area, we presently require a 5-6 hour minimum during this busy period and suggest booking well in advance of the big night.

References can be furnished upon request. *All deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within one (1) month of your function.


 


 

SERVICE TERMS OF USE

Carrier
Topp Limo.com or any sub-contracted carrier contracted to Topp Limo.com.
Chartering Party
The individual responsible for directing & compensating the Carrier.
Vehicle
A sedan, limousine, or van provided by the Carrier.

A. Availability of Vehicles: Charges named herein are based on Vehicles being furnished of sufficient seating capacity to accommodate the Chartering Party; but the Carrier reserves the right, when operating conditions so require, to furnish similar Vehicles of greater seating capacity, charges to be based upon the Vehicle ordered.

B. Baggage: Baggage will not be checked (a.) For charter trips, personal baggage, musical instruments, athletic equipment and other paraphernalia necessary for the purpose of the charter trip and limited to the capacity of the charter vehicle will be transported in the custody of the Chartering Party. (b.) Liability for loss or damage of baggage will be limited to fifty dollars ($50.00) for each individual in the party.

C. Objectionable Persons: The Carrier reserves the right to refuse to transport a person or persons under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, or who is incapable of taking care of themselves, or who shows conduct which is such, or is likely to be such, as to make themselves objectionable to other passengers. Drug use, underage drinking or any other illegal activity will result in termination of the charter immediately, without refund.

D. Objectionable Destinations: The Carrier reserves the right to refuse to enter premises or areas that, in the sole opinion of the Carrier, may expose the chauffeur or Vehicle to delay, liability, injury or damage, including areas such as sports and public event parking lots, unpaved roads, poorly lit areas, areas which may be the site of illegal activities or areas which seem to be of a private or restricted nature.

E. Animals: Animals will not be carried, except seeing-eye animals accompanying their master.

F. Carriers Liability: (a.) The Carrier will endeavor to maintain the schedule requested, but it is not guaranteed. The Carrier at will may cancel any charter, with the total liability of the Carrier limited to the value of the charter. (b.) The Carrier will not be liable for delays influenced by factors beyond their control such as traffic, weather, mechanical break-down, chauffeur or passenger illness, etc. If factors beyond the Carriers control have such influence that, in the opinion of the Carrier, it is inadvisable to operate the vehicle or continue the charter, then the Carrier shall not be held liable.

G. Payment of Charges and Fees: Payment of all charges and fees shall be the responsibility of the Chartering Party and shall extend personally to the individual entering the chartering agreement on behalf of the Chartering Party. The Carrier reserves the right to collect such charges in advance unless prior credit arrangements have been made with the Carrier.

H. Meeting Points and Times, Cancellation & Waiting Time: Domestic Flights will be met outside the terminal near the baggage claim area of the listed airline. International Flights will be met outside the terminal near the baggage claim area of customs. Charter flights will be met at the terminal or aircraft, if allowed. Other ground transportation charters will be met in front of the address or hotel provided by the Chartering Party. Passengers who cannot locate their chauffeur must contact Carrier within 15 minutes of scheduled arrival time and must not leave the pickup point to avoid being charged for a no-show fee, which is the amount of the trip plus reasonable waiting time. A surcharge of 10% will apply if passenger pickup is scheduled between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM. An additional 10% surcharge will apply if a passenger pickup is scheduled on any federal holidays. Waiting time will be charged in ½ hour increments at the normal hourly rate beginning 30 minutes after the scheduled pickup. When canceling a reservation, a passenger must cancel the departure and the arrival and get a cancellation number. We require 8 hours advance notice of cancellation and will issue a cancellation order number. Cancellations without an order number and late cancellations are subject to a full charge for the trip.

I. Service Charge: A standard 20% service charge will be added to all airport, charter, wedding and corporate services. The service charge is included in prom and incentive packages.

J. Minimum Charges: There is a two (2) hour minimum charge on all sedan orders, a three (3) hour minimum charge on limousine and van orders, a five (5) hour minimum charge on mini-coach orders, a five (5) hour minimum on all prom orders and holidays (except New Year's Eve, which has a eight (8) hour minimum) on all vehicles. Mileage rates are in lieu of hourly rates; whichever is greater, when applicable. All charges are computed from the time the vehicle leaves the garage, until the time of return to the garage.

K. Authorization: By placing an order with Topp Limo.com, you agree that you are aware of these terms and conditions and will honor all charges. You also represent that you are duly authorized to grant Topp Limo.com authority to process service charges to your credit card and/or corporate account and will be personally responsible for any charges contracted by you.

L. Miscellaneous: Rates are subject to change. All vehicles are non-smoking unless noted.

M.Other Charges:

i. Overnight Charges: A charge of $ 100.00 will be assessed for every overnight (returns after 8:00 am) stay away from the Carrier's garage point in addition to hourly usage.
ii. Waiting Time: After the first 15 minutes, a one-half hour charge is assessed for each half hour of waiting time or portion thereof.
iii. Meal and Room Charge: On trips requiring an overnight stay, the Chartering Party is responsible for providing a hotel or motel room for the chauffeur at no charge to the chauffeur in addition to providing a stipend of $ 50.00 per day meal and sundry allowance.
iv. Cleaning Charge: If, in Carrier's reasonable opinion, any passenger or passenger's so leave the vehicle as to render it in particularly dirty condition, a cleaning charge of $ 100.00 will be assessed to the chartering party.
v. Damage Charge: Vehicles are carefully inspected by the Carrier prior to and after each charter trip. Any damage to upholstery, carriage-work, electronics, accessories, windows, or other parts and accessories of the vehicle that is caused by anyone or anything related to the Chartering Party shall be the responsibility of the Charter Party. Becoming ill inside the vehicle shall be considered unintentional damage to the cars interior & will result in a $ 100.00 charge to clean and "air out" the vehicle. Smoking in a non-smoking car, shall be considered intentional damage to the cars interior and will result in a $ 200.00 charge to clean and "air out" the vehicle.
vi. Tolls, Fees, and Special Charges: The charges herein (except airport transportation) do not include bridge, ferry, tunnel or highway tolls, entrance fees or charges for special licenses, permits or any other reasonable charges. Chartering Party will be responsible for the cost of such charges; as well as any other items paid on the Charter Party's behalf.
vii. Unexpected extensions: of a charter by the chartering party may result in special usage charges and may be billed at 120% of the rate agreed to for the extended charter time period, if applicable.
viii. A standard 20% service charge will be added to all services except prom and incentive packages which are priced inclusive of the service charge.
