Tori
Amos is a highly accomplished musician that uses her songs as a vehicle
to expose her innermost intellectual and emotional quests.
I admire
her because I see in her a strong, confident woman. Her songs are
beautiful to listen to, and also give food for thought. She knows how to
convey emotion and I never knew music that feelt as right as hers.
Not
being a native English speaker, this page is my 2 cents effort to
achieve a better understanding of her songs. Both for me, because as I
translated them I had to struggle to get into the meaning of her
every word, and for those who might have a harder time than me with
English. Perhaps, even for those who might find it fun to explore their
Spanish through these well known lyrics!
I’d
specially like to thank the webmasters of the three best EVER Tori pages
on the internet (as stated in my links section) for sharing so many
things with the rest of us. God knows how hard it is to keep up and have
access to Tori stuff in non English speaking countries!
