I can help you design a  training program specifically for YOU based on your individual profile (including age, exercise history, fitness level, goals, available equipment, schedule availability, medical history, etc.).  Also, like most diets that are available today they are general and not for everybody.  I will set up a diet plan that works for you and with you to attain your goals.

MOTIVATION AND ENCOURAGEMENT

Unlike some other personal trainers, I will stay and monitor your workouts, encourage you to do that extra rep, to go that extra mile. Together, we will change the way you feel about yourself, give you more confidence and happiness. Together we will come up with daily and weekly updates about your training and diet. We will set up a personal log or journal that will contain all the accomplishments that you have attained, and also, your mistakes (its up to you), that way you wont do them again.

AFFORDABLE PERSONAL TRAINING

Some trainers charge $25-$50hr.  Well not with me, I am in it to make you feel better about YOURSELF. That why, the first session is FREE, if you feel that it is not for you then, that's it. But if you decide to go on, its only $20 a session, whether it takes 1hr or 2hrs. Also, if you want to try out some supplements I also sell them to my clients at a reduced price. Any supplements that you are interested in trying, CREATINE, PROTEIN, PRO-HORMONES, FAT BURNERS etc. etc, you name it I can probalby get it..  Also, all brands like, MUSCLETECH, EAS, VPX, DESIGNER, LABRADA you name!

THE RIGHT PROGRAM FOR YOU

Don't like jogging? Love jogging? Hate weight machines? Love dumbbells? That's fine! No matter what your likes or dislikes are, I will provide exercise programs based on what YOU enjoy doing! Don't have much free time available for working out? Can't workout during hours? No problem. I can design an effective program for someone who wants to workout everyday or someone who can only workout a couple of days a week, and you decide when is the right time for YOU to workout.
