Escape from Piccolo
Episode 10
The episode begins with Gohan who finished building a wind sail contraption to get him across the desert and towards the shore, in order to go back home. He was to reach the shore but it was a difficult journey since Gohan went through bumpy terrain and he was chased by an eagle.
Gohan then rebuilt the wind sail into a boat and he sailed towards mainland. Unfortunately, by night, a huge storm had come over the boat. Gohan’s boat wasn’t very strong so the sail broke and the boat had a leak. Gohan was then washed away by the large waves.
He arrived at a tattered, old house where he met two orphans by the names of Rom and Cheeko. After they talked for awhile the social workers from the orphanage had arrived to pick up the children, but the children were able to able to escape the social workers’ grasp. Gohan was nearly caught by them but he jumped away from them. The social worker was about to take another child when a teenager named Picoro came and saved her. Picoro was the one who protected the kids from the orphanage and in the kids’ eyes he was their hero. The social workers then attacked Picoro but they were all defeated. Then they left in their truck.
At night, Gohan explained that he wasn’t an orphan and that he heading to his mothers’. Picoro then had an idea so that all the children could come and drop Gohan off. They would take the social workers’ truck. The next morning, the social workers arrived again and the children were able to get in the van but then the police arrived on the scene. Picoro realized, then and there, that the orphanage would be much better than if Picoro took care of them. He then took Gohan and drove off, leaving all the kids to the orphanage.
When he dropped Gohan off, Gohan could not understand why he left the kids to the orphanage. Picoro explained that he knew that the orphanage would be better place for the kids.
Gohan was soon able to see his home, but he then realized that he needed to train for oncoming Saiyans. He then ran from his house, to meet up with Piccolo again. Will Piccolo and Gohan be able to train in time to meet the oncoming Saiyans?
