Showdown in the Past
Episode 11
The episode begins with Gohan and Piccolo just about to begin their training. Gohan then attacked, but Piccolo either dodged or blocked Gohan’s attacks. He then knocked Gohan into a rock. Gohan then started to complain, but Piccolo used his eye beam to shut Gohan up.
The two then continue their training. Meanwhile, Goku continued to run along Snake Way.
At Kami’s Place, the other Z fighters (Chioutzu, Tien, Yamcha, and Krillin) were practicing their techniques. Everyone except for Yajirobe, of course. They then told Kami that they wanted to learn something new, and get the same training, if not more than Goku did when he was on Koron tower. Kami then told the other Z fighters that he taught Goku nothing. He then left the main area, laughing.
Mr. Popo then showed the other Z fighters to the pendulum room. In this room, the Z fighters’ spirits would be able to go through the dreamlike past and face Saiyans that lived 100 years ago. Most of Goku’s training was done in this room but not against the enemies, the other Z fighters were to face. All they had to do was go into the circle, close their eyes and they would be transferred. Yajirobe opted not to go in and instead eat dessert.
The Z fighters were then teleported. They arrived at what seemed to be the end of a battle. They found dead bodies everywhere. Chioutzu was then grabbed and picked up a Saiyan. He then choked Chioutzu and threw him into the rubble. Tien was furious, and he powered up his tri-beam but another Saiyan came out of nowhere and fired a beam at Tien. Tien then attacked in rage but he was no match for the Saiyans. Yamcha was able to power up his spirit bomb and fire it at the Saiyans. Tien used that time to get out of the headlock and run.
Krillin then used his Kamehemeha, Tien his tri-beam, and Yamcha his spirit bomb. It had seemed that they had defeated the Saiyans. But then one Saiyan came out of the ground and grabbed Krillin and pulled him down. Krillin was then beaten easily and he was also thrown into the rubble. The two remaining Z fighters were now face-to-face with the Saiyans. Tien used his multi-form and then all of the Tiens used tri-beam. Meanwhile, Yamcha used his spirit bomb. The Saiyans had seemed to be finally destroyed. But then out of nowhere they returned and they defeated both Yamcha and Tien.
The next thing, the Z warriors knew they were back in the pendulum room. Krillin and Chioutzu were also there. Kami told them that they had done very well.
Meanwhile, Piccolo and Gohan continued to spar as Piccolo’s severe training continued. Will all the Z fighters be able to complete their training in order to save the earth from the oncoming Saiyans? Find out on the next Dragonball Z.
