The Saibamen Strike
Episode 17
The episode begins with Tien battling one of the Saibamen. The Saibamen launches a water vapour and missed but to leave a large pothole right in front of the Z fighters. Tien then gains the upper hand and wins the fight. The Saibaman gets up but Vegeta destroyed him saying he was no use for us (himself and Nappa).
Meanwhile in restaurant, Yajirobe was speaking to reporters about the Earth’s special forces and claiming that he was Goku’s trainer.
Ox King then arrived at Master Roshi’s house. ChiChi ran to Master Roshi asking where her son Gohan was. Roshi told ChiChi that Gohan was at the battlefield with Piccolo. ChiChi then fainted.
The TV crews were trying to get footage of the battle, but energy around the battlefield was so powerful they couldn’t keep up a signal.
Back at the battlefield, Yamcha challenges the next Saibaman.
At Master Roshi’s house they are watching the upcoming battle, when Roshi spots Gohan. ChiChi is next to see and faints again.
The battle began and the two combatants were moving so fast that Gohan couldn’t where they were going but after a little teaching from Piccolo, Gohan could see the battle as well as anyone. Yamcha gains the advantage and finishes the battle with his spirit ball. Yamcha then wants to take on all four Saibamen by himself. However the battle wasn’t over as the Saibaman jumps up from the ground and grabs hold of Yamcha. Then the green goon self-destructed and in doing so, took Yamcha with him.
At Master Roshi’s house, Bulma and Puar start crying. Then Puar faints.
Back at the battlefield, Krillin was angry at the loss of his friend and challenges all the Saibamen as he powers up a humungous blast. Then Krillin launched it. It was slow but incredibly powerful. Krillin split the blast into 5 sections taking out all of the Saibamen and one blast for the two mighty Saiyans. However, one Saibamen was still not dead and attacked Gohan but Piccolo stopped it with the greatest of ease and then finished it off. Nappa and Vegeta reappear through the smoke without even a scratch. Then Nappa confronts the Z fighters, but Piccolo launches a surprise attack but misses. Then Nappa gives Piccolo a kick to the chops.
Nappa then begins to start powering up. His power was incredible and the ground started shaking tremendously. Piccolo now realizes he had underestimated Nappa’s strength. Will Goku be able to arrive at the battlefield, before Nappa does some damage? Find out on the Dragonball Z.
