Basic punches



Reverse Punch: This is when you punch with your hand that is on the side of your back leg,(If right foot is back you punch with your right hand.) then you punch twisting your back foot so that you are on your tip toe, to finish the punch bring your foot and fist back to normal position.


Front Punch: This is when you punch with your front hand. To perform just extend your elbow making a jabing motion.
