You should practice everything slow then build speed as you build levels. Be sure to keep up your Guard.

Kicks for Level I.-

  Front Kick: Lift back or front knee up, then extend leg to kick, bring leg back to the knee up position, then to the ground.











  Round House kick: Lift your back or front knee up, then rotate the foot on the ground in a 180* angle, turning your whole body, extend foot to kick, bring your leg back to the knee up position then to the ground.








  Axe kick: Bring your back or front leg up as high as you can and bring you foot down as fast as you can. Make sure your gaurds are up and your knee is not bent!
