PROFILE

As an avid reader and reviewer, I possess excellent creative, design and editorial skills, and have honed these through my experiences of writing, commissioning and editing articles and reviews. I am used to working for both online and hard copy publications, and working to tight production deadlines.

Through working abroad as an EFL teacher I have developed proven social skills including managing diverse groups of people, often communicating in both English and foreign languages. I'm also experienced in office and administrative tasks, and well versed in various computer packages including Flash, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Word, Excel, Corel Draw, Quark Xpress and HTML.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

I take great pleasure from both playing and watching most sports, especially football and cricket (both of which I play regularly). I enjoy painting, and making sculpture and furniture, reading (mainly factual, history, archaeology, art), doing logic problems and puzzles, and playing the guitar. Obviously, as demonstrated by my time abroad, I love travel and am also interested in outdoor pursuits, such as hiking and camping.
