Adam went to school with Freddy, Edgar and Nick at
Manor High School. Since, they have remained close
friends.  We always try and get to get together when we
go back home, if they happen to take leave when we do.

Perciful is a friend that Adam met in Pensacola, FL,
while in MOS.  Perciful has been stationed with us at
Cherry Point, & Miramar.   He just left for Okinawa
Japan for a year.  We wish him well, and no doubt
we will see ya in a year!

My Marine Husband...

Adam being in the Marine Corps has been exciting & full of
lifestyle changes. We've gone from living in Autin, TX, to
Cherry Point, NC, & now San Diego, CA. The hardest thing
for me would have to be when Adam left for boot camp. We
hadn't ever endured a separtion that long. I was 4 months
pregnant when he left & took care of our 11 month old son.
By the time we saw Adam again, he had a walking & much
heavier son, 7 month pregnant wife (ha!).  I know there
are only more experiences to come & learn from.  It has
shown us the strengths in our marriage, to depend on one
another for whatever we need (support, enocouragement,
& love).  We have made many sacrifies through our  journey
but all is done out of love & respect for the Corps and our
family.  The life we lead is hard and trying, but it has taught
us a lot about each other and ourselves as individuals. My
husband serves our country as a brave & prideful Marine.
He gives me the honor of being a Proud US Marine Wife!

On behalf of my husband and I, we would like to
thank you for letting us share our experiences in the
Marine Corps with you all.  Take Care & God Bless!
Love Always,
