Totale-mail.com does not limit or guarantee the amount of e-mail a member will receive. The volume a member and his/her referral group receives is based on their participation and interests, and on advertising availability in the members categories of interest.

An individual may only sign up once, violation of this will cause all accounts for that individual to be deleted, and make that individual ineligible to be a member.

Members referral groups are arranged in a 5x5 forced matrix with the individual counting as the first level. Once a members second level is full (5 referrals) he will continue to refer new members to help his five get their five. Once his matrix is full (781 Members) His matrix will expand to a 5x6 matrix, then 5x7, etc.

Payment will be sent monthly in the form of a check once a member has accumulated $25 in their account.

This program is currently available Internationally for English speaking individuals only, and only if the country that the member lives in does not have laws restricting them from being members. Payments will be sent only once a members account accumulates $50 for any member residing outside the USA and Canada. Totale-mail.com reserves the right and privilege to remove any member at any time without prior or written notification.

Percentage rates, and all other terms of this agreement are subject to change at any time without prior notification or approval of the members.

Totale-mail.com prohibits members from sending unsolicited mass e-mails or spam, via e-mail, Usenet, IRC, Chat, or any other form. Any member using spamming techniques for soliciting referrals will be terminated immediately and will not be eligible to participate in this program, or receive payment Indefinitely!

In order to sign up as a member of TotalEmail.com - TotalLinks, you need to fill out our join form and supply us with your name address and demographic information including your age, occupation, education, spoken language, gender, interests, etc. Totale-mail.com only gives out consumer demographic information, in order to attract advertisers. Your name, address, email address, or other contact information will NOT be given to any outside parties without your consent. No outside agency can or will be able to contact you without going through Totale-mail.com and making you money.

The information we collect is for the sole purpose of bringing you targeted advertising and will be used to bring you discounts and profits for your participation in our program.

We will not give out any of the information you provide on the sign up form to any advertisers, or others. The only way advertisers can contact you is through Totale-mail.com, and you will benefit from it.

If at any time, you would like to modify personal information held with TotalE-Mail.com - TotalLinks, you can simply log into your account using your username and password and then click on the tab labeled "Update Info". There you will find a form that allows you to modify all of your user information with the exception of the username. If you need to modify your username, You will need to cancel your membership and join as a new member. Credits, cash, and your referral downline will not be transferred to your new account.

If at any time, you would like to remove your personal information from TotalE-Mail.com - TotalLinks and you would like to terminate your membership, please send an email to support@totale-mail.com. Please include your username, password, and reason for cancellation. You will be notified by e-mail upon removal of your information and membership.
