I want my clasroom to be built of many differernt values.
The most important value is respect.Namly,respect for eachother,respect for the teacher and respect for themselves.
Due to the fact that the students stay in school for many hours we as teachers need to fill their time in the most qualitative way.
The teacher needs to make his/her students be aware of the fact that they play an important role in school.
The teacher also needs to create a good atmosphere in hir/her classroom,a friendly atmosphere and a learning atmosphere.
The teacher needs to lead his/her students to a point in which they will look forward to work together in class.
Communication between perants teacher and students is very important. As a teacher I need to find some time to informe the parents on everything that happends in class and out off class.for instanc, h.w., announcement,projects ,ect’.
I believe that in order for me to do that ,the best thing is to aske the parents to contect me by E.mail
