Gundam Wing Episode 07

In order to isolate and villify the gundams, and destroy Alliance officers would want to negotiate with the colonies, Treize leaks misinformation about a military meeting that will occur at the New Edwards Base. The gundam pilots understand his message to mean that the top commanders of OZ will all be there for a meeting. While the pacifistic-leaning Fieldmarshal Noventa is speaking, the gundams pilots (with the exception of Wu Fei) attack New Edwards. At the same time, Lady Une sends a signal to OZ personnel stationed around the world to commence what is known as "Operation Daybreak", in which OZ personnel stage coups against Alliance bases they at which they are stationed. Zechs wonders briefly why he fights when he believes that whether it's the Alliance or OZ, life will be the same.

Back at New Edwards, Treize herds all of the dove generals into an OZ shuttle, seemingly in order to get them safely away. The one hawkish general who attended goes with Treize in his personal shuttle. Heero attacks and destroys the doves shuttle, only to land again and find Wu Fei has arrived and is telling them all they've been tricked by Treize. Heero feels mortified for what he's done and stands in Wing as if in shock, even when the enemy sends reinforcement troops to attack the gundams. Une see to it that the hawkish general puts out an announcement that the rebels have killed the pacifists and that they will continue to fight against the colonies. After he does this, Une throws him from the airplane.
